One would think this would be easy info to find, but so far, it's not. I know AA, Delta, and United have flights on Saturdays. I know UA has one out on Sundays, and Delta does Sundays part of the year, and I know UA does a flight out on Sunday from the late saturday arrival.

What else is there? December of this year, I have a bunch of people going for a week. My wife and kid are and I are thinking of doing a longer trip, maybe 2 weeks total, but are wondering about other options other than flying on weekends. Our return date window still isn't being shown by any airlines, and I know schedules change anyway.

The airlines only release schedules out 330 days so all of December is not showing up yet. That's probably why you cant find return flights. For AA all flights to BON go through MIA. and that direction MIA-BON is only available on Saturdays. Returns BON-MIA and onward are available Fri, Sat and Mon, each week.

Are you saying you can only fly MIA to BON on Saturday but return flights are Fri, Sat, or Mon? It seems crazy that they would fly three planes all down on Saturday and then keep one on the ground until Monday and another on the ground until Friday. That’s a really long time for that asset and crew to not be working.

That is all I saw looking at flights in each direction in Nov and Dec. Seems incorrect, and @Protondecay123 posted a link that shows 4 days in and 4 days out but I don't see that when pulling fares off Google flights. Maybe they are not all loading there and AA is showing them all directly on the website

Looks like AA is showing 3 days in 3 days out. Mon, Fri, Sat. So Google flights is missing some departing information. That makes more sense. All of Dec is still not loaded which would explain the lack of return flights for the OP.

I remember from last trip via Miami on American that the way there (a week day) was a single flight number with a directional loop through BON as first stop, but with other destinations (two?) Onward from there. Kind of like the old Continental Air Micronesia "Island Hopper" when we lived out there. That would be a logistical nightmare for software doing the flight aggregator thing, like Google Flights and SkyScanner. There was a direct flight to Miami on our return, but it had a different number. This was in spring of 2019.

Not sure if this helps, but I do remember Monday / Wednesday / Saturday being the days.

Delta has a Friday morning flight out of ATL.

Google Flights shows American flying RT MIA-BON on Friday, Saturday, and Monday.....though Dec 7....then no info of course due to the 330-day window. Delta shows ATL-BON Saturday only. United IAH-BON shows only Sat to BON, Sun to IAH.

I don't know when Delta added the Friday flight, but I'm ticketed on it in April so it better exist! (and, I just checked the website and it shows availability from next Friday through, randomly, October.)
