Hey folks,

After a pause of some 30 years I am taking a refresher course and will be headed down around the Corpus Christi area in mid March. I would like a couple of recommendations for dive sites in that area of <80 feet and a good dive shop to go with.

Best wishes,

MudBug

If Copelands is still around I would call them.
Weather makes mid march iffy for boat runs but you may be able to do the jetties at Aransas Pass

Thanks, I'll look into that.

I havent found anything down here with a shop that is worth the money. Always wanted to go to the Flower Gardens but for $600 its not worth it. Could do a week in Bonaire for not much more. Speaking of Copelands, I have never seen anything quite like it. Very little dive equipment and a lot of downhill skiing equipment in South Texas. I still havent figured that out.
