IL is apparently going to issue a shelter in place order later today, beginning tomorrow, for all non-essential industries.

Just received a customer notice from DDS in St. Catharines Ontario...one of Canada's best...currently running on slightly reduced hours...and offering some great COVID-19/battered Canadian Dollar sales...as well as ''some'' free delivery...also booking ''local'' trips...

I do hope Matt's optimism is not out-stretching reality...He's a good guy...I wish him all the very best...

I'm on the bench for the foreseeable future...I may start wearing my brand new rebreather while I'm watching TV...

My LDS is limited to online shopping/ordering, curb side pick up. Picked up my second set of LP50s today but my dives are delayed at least another week. Hopefully things level off and start to diminish soon.

So if I have my own analyser or borrow one and analyze/label on screen, would that be good enough?

That might depend on what your shop/instructor thinks. Part of the SSI EANx test requires the student to test a tank or two and report the tank pressure and %O2. At my shop, we have two EANx tanks that have no markings showing what percentage is in them, just tank number 1 and tank number 2, and the student has to correctly determine the %O2 in each tank (within reason - they can report 28.1% and 35.5% if that's what the analox said, but they fail if they say both were 32%)

What about Skype, could more than one person sign on? I just had a group phone in meeting for another business, not sure if it would work , but maybe for small class?
Also, we did our Rescue Class SSI on- line, then check out dives at destination, so it seems that could work now for us shut in the house, with a year to take the in water portions.

how do you test an unknown tank?

You can have multiple people on a video call, but the students would still need access to a tank with an unknown % to test for the class itself.
