Time is on my side but I have nothing to do except typing this!!!!!
Shopping in the wet market a bit later.
Most places are still open but less people around.

Working from home on a small volunteer project
Started rereading the Lord of the Rings books
Crocheting blankets for my sister and my dad, gloves and bar-themed hotpads for dad, and a shawl for future mother-in-law. Also have some sketching projects I've been slowly working on over the years that I guess I can do now.

Future Mr. DBPacific also just finished watching Star Trek: The Next Generation (we'd been watching it for the last month or so) so next we're starting him on watching Deep Space Nine.

Going through A Lot of SB posts, shopping for scuba gear and planning a dive trip.
making stuff on 3D printer.
and mostly waiting for ice to melt so I can go diving!

safe diving to those who can!

Being retired since 1996, the virus hasn't really affected me at all. I practice my clarinet, do some exercises, watch a lot of TV, spend time on Scubaboard and clarinet forums. I continue to dive once every 2 weeks as usual in winter here. It's solo shore dives so it affects nobody. I have full tanks and don't use much air over winter. But, our LDS is still open, and actually doing OW courses with reduced numbers and extra "cleaning", so if I need air I can get it.
Oh, one thing so far has affected me (other than being sliced up in the stock market of course)--
My colonoscopy scheduled for yesterday has been postponed. I know it's very important, but part of me doesn't mind the cancellation (I'll let you guess which part.....).

Welp, since the liquor stores are closing... I went a shoppin'

Lagavulin 16
Eagle Rare
Angel's Envy
Widow Jane
Blanton's
Woodford reserve
Oban 14
Balvenie caribbean cask
glenlivet 14 cognac cask
Bulleit bourbon (the big ass bottle)
mccallan 12 and 15
and a few bottles of tequila

I'm envious. Any fellow Canucks want to hazard a guess as to what this list would cost in Canada?

Signed up for a sailing class.

I work more in emergency situations, almost no days off. Good thing all these posts give me something to read when I have my coffee. Nice to see people slowing down a bit instead of running around with no ends though.

I am in Moalboal Cebu, Philippines.

Local traffic is not shut down but there is a a curfew on bars and restaurants as well as being out of your place after a certain time. Not sure what the times are as I am in an Airbnb about 4 kms away from the dive operations.

Boat dives are shut down so only shore diving from in front of the dive shop. I am diving with Cebu Dive Center and they have also made arrangements with a couple other dive ships to diver from their places so we can get some variety of shore diving.

I was diving this morning and will go again tomorrow. The best guess is that they will shut down all diving sometime but for now it is the diving that I came to do, just no boat dives and only the house reef to dive on.

Hopefully equipment manufacturers are switching to manufacture Covid-19 related supplies like face masks, spare parts for medical equipment (e.g. hoses), and other essential gear for EMT, first-responders, border security, and many more groups that keep us safe. Scuba equipment manufacturers are an innovative bunch and some quick pivoting to manufacture Covid-19 supplies will help to mitigate the effects of this pandemic.
