Watching the livestream.

It's a Perdix-sized, 2-button rec computer.

- uses Perdix screen
- 30 hour battery life, wireless recharging
- 4 modes: air, nitrox, gauge, 3-gas (nitrox only, no trimix)
- vibration alarm
- bluetooth download
- $450

That's a wrap. No compass or AI, so that's probably the price differentiator for rec divers.

They did show a screen shot with the tissues graph.

My post was deleted from the other thread before the official release:

I think they will release the Peregrine now and the Peregrine AI in 6 months. There will be high demand for the Peregrine AI after the Peregrine is released without it. I think both models would sell well (Perdix and Perdix AI). Peregrine for $450, Peregrine AI for around $536, maybe more if a compass, plus $350 for a transmitter

Of course, maybe I'm completely wrong :) I hope the Peregrine AI is available before my elderly Oceanic VT3 expires.

What will be next? How about a pared down Rec Teric with AI, like the Peregrine to the Perdix, for a little under $600?

Seems like Shearwater is doing a pretty good job of covering the spectrum with good products and great service.

Edit: I'm still hoping the Peregrine will have SurfGF. The manual should be available soon, to answer all our questions So it is, thanks @JimBlay Shearwater live streaming update July 23
