Good Day All, I have been researching parts and upgrades for the DA Aquamaster I recently purchased. I’m interested in the Phoenix first stage assembly that VDH sells. Only issue is that VDH is out of stock. I was wondering if there’s any other way to purchase one or if anyone would know if VDH would have them in stock anytime soon. I realize I could email Bryan myself but I see he posted on the VDH site he was shutting down the store due to time constraints. I don’t won’t to add to his day so I thought I would try here first.

Bryan brought me up to speed the other day. Several of the parts manufacturers he works with have shut down during the pandemic and he is just not able to source all the parts he needs right now from quality manufacturers, such as with the Phoenix. Once everything calms down I have all faith and confidence we will see all the vintage parts and upgrade parts back in the VDH store. I know Bryan pours his heart into VDH and will continue to do so. I have placed several parts orders with him recently and he has had everything I'm looking for in stock. We just need to be patient on the bigger ticket items. My 2psi.

P.S. The VDH store is open, just not for servicing regulators.

I figured he would get back into the swing of things. I have bought many parts, service kits, regulators, and such from VDH and have always been happy with the service I have received. Also, the information Bryan puts out on YouTube videos has taught me so much when it comes to regulator servicing, cleaning, and rebuilding. He’s definitely an invaluable source for the Scuba community.
