Mechanix Mpact fingerless are the ****. The rubber on top helps with Goodman handle rub in longer dives too.

I was worried about the leather they use getting wet /drying repeatedly. Haven't had great luck with Mechanix gloves.

They shrink a bit, but I got about 6 months of every weekend cave diving out of my last pair.
 
Just ordered 6 different ones to try out. We'll see.
