3-4 days back, I went on a regular dive.. the dive was about 35-40 min .. at a depth of about 25meters max.
The zoop was preforming well all along with no errors while diving .. once i got back and downloaded the profile, it is showing the max depth of 52 meter, and the bottom time was 55 min ... not just that.. according to the profile .. i spent almost 50+ min at 52 meters :(

Depth sensor. Experienced the same with a HW Frog many years ago, despite being two years old and out of warranty they sent me the next model up shipping included at zero cost to me, as grateful as I was for such exceptional customer service the newer better (?) model didn't have the features I wanted so they refunded me total cost of frog price including shipping, wow. Shearwaters twin brother?

Update:

I have been waiting for ~ 3 weeks now.
I do know that my Zoop was received on 10/23/2020 and they sent me a confirmation email saying:

"Suunto Service Center has received your product. Estimated repair time is currently 7 business days.
You can Check Status at this link:-

Check Status link goes to this page:

Another update:

"Hello Erich, After analysis and inspection, the pressure sensor is no longer functioning properly. Based on the serial number, this unit does qualify for replacement under the dive settlement. This will provide you with a new unit, the Zoop Novo Black. This new unit will come with a 90 day service warranty. The old unit will be sent out for recycling. Thank you, Suunto Service"

Now waiting for my new Zoop Novo :yeahbaby:
Thank you all!

Final update: got my new Zoop Novo. No extras, just a generic cardboard box with the Diving Computer inside, they even reused the same strap/bands I sent the old one with. Not complaining here, actually very happy with the replacement.

Many thanks to everyone that helped me on this forum!
