I would do aquaseal by using it to glue (assuming you can lay it flat) a piece of cloth to the bladder bigger than the hole. I would also start looking for a replacement, I believe you had asked about a Freedom plate, this is a good time to move away from the b/c.

The TearAid products and Aquaseal would be what I would attempt to employ. Probably a combination of both.... Maybe a cloth patch Aquasealed over the top of a TearAid patch.

I'd certainly try to see if I could do anything on the inside too. Challenging, but might be possible...

I was just going to suggest something similar after reading the composition of the wing. Maybe a dap of aquaseal then cover with Tear Aid type A for fabric.

If you can get to the hole from the valve perhaps a dap of aquaseal on the inside layer too?

I like the idea of aquaseal plus fabric. I'm gonna run it by my local dive shop and see what he has to say. I will be building a BP/W but I would like to get this usable. I'm so F'ing irritated with myself for buying this thing that is not serviceable. Well leason learned.

's hard to tell from the picture but that looks like a tiny pinhole. I have sealed pinholes in BC's and Drysuits with just a small dab of Aquaseal without any kind of tape. Aquaseal is pretty amazing stuff for little repairs.

BC bladders are seldom under any sort of pressure under normal diving conditions unless you fill them to the max until the over pressure relief valve (dump valve) opens.
You can use aqua seal alone as has been suggested or you can obtain some LKQ (Like Kind & Quality) fabric and cut a small round patch the size of a quarter and glue that over the hole with aqua seal. This might look and be a little more “professional” if you’re worried about it. Or you can also use wetsuit glue on both surfaces (double coated), let the glue dry well before you stick the patch down and it will be permanent.

I picked up a tube of aquaseal at my local dive shop this evening. Patched up the holes with a nice dab on each pin hole. I'll let it cure overnight and check it tomorrow. I have no doubt it will hold. Besides it in an inconspicuous spot so it'll look fine too. Thanks for all the help.

SSSHHHHHHHH Don't tell my wife that. I got her believing that this is "temporary" and now I Have Too buy a plate and build a new rig... hence the order on the Freedom Plate thread.... Remember.

What about Tenacious Tape? I'm aware of a few buddies who have used it on inflatable sleeping pads for backpacking. They still inflate until very firm, plus their body weight, and the tape has held up fine. Might be an option?
