My wife can frog kick in her sewing nova fins but we are going to be looking at a shorter fin for her for the next dive season. I currently use the Scubapro Go Sport fin which I almost exclusively frog kick in. Could be a little stiffer and heavier but has got the job done for me. I originally bought the go Sport fin for a trip to Jamaica but now use them all the time.

99% frog kicker, here. For warm water, I use OMS Slipstreams. For cold water, I use Hollis F-1 "bat fins."

I am a dedicated Scuba Pro Jet fin diver for most of my diving and I am a dedicated frog kicker. I have tried most of the modern jet fin clones. I have tried and did not like Hollis, Deep 6, Apeks, HOG, XS Scuba, and I am sure that I am missing a few that I can't remember. The only one that stayed in my fin collection was the OMS Slipstreams. I love these for travel to warm water (shorts and rash guard diving) as they are lighter, but I still prefer the feel of the Jets. I also have some nice freediving fins that I love for free diving. These don't suit my general style of scuba diving so I only wear them for super specific dives (like fish collecting for some specific fish and locations).

I do have Jets in several colors including pink.

YMMV,

Jackie

I have 3 or 4 pair of Jet Fins and generally recommend them for frog kicks. One problem is that they are heavy, in the water, which is not always bad, but out of the water also which takes up precious luggage weight.

My daughter, who only needs 2# with her aluminum Freedom plate (yeah, I know), wouldn't be able to use a negative fin like the Jet so is using the Deep6. Close to negative and lighter in the suitcase.

Our family of 4 has the Mares avanti quattro plus. Freestyle, frog kick, helicopter...works great!

Been using Scubapro Jet Fins since I started diving in 1966. Jets came out in 1965. Yes they are like strapping a piece of plywood to your feet. But I chose the size and yes color based on the dive environment. Cave diving with a drysuit I use a different size than Roatan with a 3mm soft boot. If your not used to Jets, they will cramp your legs up in less than 10 minutes.

Mares Avanti Quattro, they are the best all around fins.

Ya I'd go for the jets, or the SHERWOOD TRITION is also very good.

The Deep 6 Eddy fins come in small sizes and are great for frog and the related kicks. The foot pockets in the ScubaPro Jets are awful and they're very heavy if you're diving wet. If you can't easily get Deep 6 where you live, the Slipstreams are similar, but I don't think they come in small.

Best deal ever and my favorite, easiest to frog-kick or back-kick fin in drysuit/medium double fleece undergarment, for 20 bucks more than the cost of the robust spring straps.
