Deserved or not, GUE has a reputation for arrogance, especially about ten years ago or so.

Fortunately the GUE crowd down in SoCal is a pretty cool group

Define normal. Does that exist? Welcome to the twenty first century. Dating apps are here to stay. It can't be much worse than any of the old traditional methods of meeting people.

I prefer the workplace because then you know he has a good job and his real identity

That’s my “normal”

1. Men on dating apps are the leftovers that nobody wanted enough to scoop up

2. they could be serial killers

Men must be observed in their natural
environment, not the one they created in a profile

Same applies for women

I feel strongly you want to observe men in their natural environment because otherwise it’s like watching an animal at the zoo, how much can you really know?

yes but some of us like danger

it forces you to select a discreet person that won’t call in the patriarchy to save them if things go south

Danger is an important trial balloon and litmus test and not as dangerous as giving us your pension or a house

Working from home has limitations but you can still create opportunities

You need to be able to test and observe using things you can afford to lose

Activities are probably the next best thing because you can observe them before making a decision.

having said that, my husband was an obnoxious diver and incapable of following directions and very disrespectful but apparently that is what I like

"Unfortunately for us both, I like crazy."

This would be a train wreck of a Reality TV show, “The Diver Dating Game”
“Who Wants to Marry a Dive Instructor?”
“Indian Matchmaker - in the Maldives”
“The Buoyant Bachelorette”
