I happened upon it in Union Square, San Francisco, at one of those tourist art shops that baffle me, as who buys these large art pieces on vacation?!

It's about 6-7 feet long. I suppose it's not necessarily a full adult size.

As to who buys large art pieces while on vacation, I have acquired a few Peter Lik prints (including "Sacred Sunrise") while on vacations in Vegas over a period of several years. They were all shipped to me after I got home.
