Interesting find. Random question, what's up with your drysuit inflator, looks like it's missing?

It is... we dont dive a dry suit in a conventional way in the dark waters. I was taught this way by guys who have been dark water diving for years. Works really well.. Of course our dives are 35 ft or less...

So you just deal with the squeeze?

No squeeze really I dont burp the suit before I dive and it balances out nicely ... I take a leak on the second tank and open the relief zipper and lets air in and I am good for the second tank...The guy who taught me burps his and he deals with the squeeze , I just wear a little extra lead to sink me.. I am dry and no second system to manage in the high current low viz waters...Works well for what we do. I was running into some leaking awhile back but I got that fixed and figured out..

That is a beauty! You seem to have rich hunting grounds down your way for this era / style of bottle; in fact, I'm quite envious of the breadth of glass and crockery available to y'all! Such a rich and lengthy history in the USofA! I particularly love the variety of coloured glass to be found, and the great amount of pontiled glass created.

Looking forward to seeing more of your treasure discoveries!

So why bother removing the valve? Even at 35 ft you’re better off with it being able to be used if you ever needed it. The black ice is a great suit the handles squeeze well.

I am crawling around in sand and muck. My arm valve had start having problems which was my fault for not washing it correctly...So I just had them removed so not to have to worry about...will NEVER use it....
