About five years ago I put together a little video on HMHS BRITANNIC, not just on our 2015-2016 dives to this majestic wreck, but also to learn more about the history of this vessel, including construction, sinking, and early exploration. In doing so, I talked to some fascinating people, including historian Paul Louden-Brown, as well as early expedition leaders Kevin Gurr and Jarrod Jablonski. The end result is a video that runs just over 25 minutes intended for presentations at dive shows, but which I have broken into four segments for ease of viewing on this platform. Here is the first clip, which details the history and importance of BRITANNIC in the context of immigration. I will post the following three segments over the following three days. So be sure to SUBSCRIBE to my channel...you won't want to miss the final clip where we circumnavigate this massive wreck--pursued by two submarines! And, if you enjoy these videos, please share with your friends!

Now we get into some savage diving. And if you like this, don't miss tomorrow's finale where we are chased around the entire wreck by two submersibles! As always, please SUBSCRIBE and SHARE...let's see if we can hit 2,000 channel subscribers soon.

Awesome, well done and thanks for sharing.

Is the wreck going to be more accessible than in the past permit wise?

I understand the shallowest is 295 and the deepest at 380ish. Is this correct?

It is more accessible, particularly now that there is a dive shop on Kea that can facilitate logistics with gear and gas. Depths are about right...I think depth to the dirt is a smidge over 390.

I would like to have the opportunity to dive her without the insane process that it took to get permission from the Greek government.

The summer of 22, I plan on diving the Carl Bradley in Lake Michigan at a planned depth of 330' with the mud at 365-70'. This year I'm focusing on wrecks in the 250-300 range if I work up properly to them. So Britannic isnt out of the range that I'll do, but I'm not familiar with deep currents, super active shipping lanes, and using down lines (grapples).

Any insight you can offer?
