Same here. Bought tickets for a flght to Bali September 2020 via Travel2be and still waiting for a refund. I have contacted the airline to find out whether or not they had refunded Travel2be. Their answer was "not yet".

That's poor service. I had EVA and Cathay Pacific give me refunds in 5 business days when they cancelled my flights for Indonesia with EVA and Australia to Taiwan with Cathay Pacific last year. I booked directly with the airlines and they refunded my credit card asap.

I've had a deposit in for Hornby Island Diving on the west coast of BC for three years now. Last season they were totally closed and they've canceled my booking for this year as well. They offered to refund the deposit if full so I can't blame them, they've treated me right, just disappointing.
Nice! I requested an extension from Aggressor just to make sure I can get vaccinated before my June scheduled departure date and was denied. The trip was originally booked for last June but was cancelled by Aggressor and vouchers were issued. I either come in June or forfeit >$5k. Trying to nail down a vaccine before then....fingers crossed. :D

NOT DIVE TRAVEL RELATED (but still relevant to the topic)

As mentioned in a previous post, I had a photo trip planned to the Canadian Rockies for the spring of 2020, specifically basing out of Canmore Alberta. Everyone who I dealt with gave a full refund almost immediately including Parks Canada whose tickets clearly stated "No Refunds". Everyone saw that this was an unusual situation.

Everyone, that is except WestJet. Instead of giving me a refund, WestJet put the money that I had paid for my ticket into a "Travel Bank" with an expiration date of one year from the date I cnx'd the flights. These points were scheduled to expire if not used by 17 March 2021. When I looked closer into the "hidden recesses" of their website, it appeared as though there was a chance that the "points" in my travel bank may be automatically renewed. Sure enough, when I checked on 17 March, they were gone. Poof. Vapourized. Not to be (totally) deterred, I kept checking over the next few days. Sure enough, on 23 March, they were reinstated, but this time they had an expiration date of 23 Mar 2022, one year from the date that they were reinstated, not one year from the date that they were originally scheduled to expire.

KUDOs to WestJet for doing what they could to make good on a situation that neither they nor their customers want.

Where are you trying to get one? We have them all over the place here in Georgia if you don't mind a drive or flight.

I canceled 5 flights in Apr/May last year on United to various destinations. All first class. All paid for with actual $$. United gave me “credit” for all of them.

Post-vaccination and I tried to use these credits. A complete nightmare. A $1,300 flight refund could not be exchanged for a round trip from EWR to LAX. They’re useless pieces of junk. Coupons are restricted and useless. I’m a Lifetime Platinum member and I’m fighting them now to get $ credits instead on my account.

was able to rebook my flight to scotland using flight credits yesterday. fingers crossed things are better by september.

I actually think it will work out. We just entered my phase and I was pre-registered so a lot of people I know are starting to get appts. I've still got a couple months before departure so as long as they don't run out I think I may be in the clear.

I was able to get full refund in cash for my United round trip flight to/from Jakarta and South Dakota for cancelled November 2020 trip. I got half of the domestic Garuda flight in cash refund and the other half as a voucher good till Dec 31 2021. Thinking that Indonesia will probably not be open by end of year though.
