Sorry, don't really have any dive operator tips. But Scuba Junkie has a good reputation and I've stayed at their Mabul location some years ago which was all good.

Concerning vaccination: Number registered for COVID-19 vaccination still low - PM Muhyiddin
Only 7.6 million of the targeted 26.7 million people have signed up for vaccination. That's about 28.5% so not doing great either.
 
What vaccines are available in Sabah or whole Malaysia?

BioNTec and Sinovac.

Any choice?
People should have the choice rather than listening to what the Gov has said.

In Texas, I could get either Moderna or Pfizer. I chose Moderna.
 
Many places just do not have enough let alone a choice!
You just taker what is available and hope for the best.
 
Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson and Johnson here in Michigan. What did you choose?
 
There are two in HK: BioNTec and Sinovac.
AZ is on the original list but yet to be approved locally.

BioNTec for me but I am taking my time.

There is a talk on taking combination of two different vaccines to fight off the variants. Yet to be tested the idea.
