Dive with Martin is $65 per two tanks tax included plus $4.50 per day “marine park fee”. they actually provided the wristband every day unlike the other op I used. No idea if that fee does anything for the reefs health.

Something I have seen/heard of is the bracelets being held by the the boat until/unless audits are being done.

No, that's a typical government abuse as seen in the US as well. It goes to the feds who dole out a small budget to the park.

How much more for Nitrox? And 110 or 100 tanks?

Although their website looks a little updated, it still shows that a 2 tank is $110 and the price doesn't drop to $65 until you hit 5 + days of diving with them.

Did you pay $65 for just one day of diving of did you dive multiple days to get that price?
Were they still adding a $15 Covid surcharge to any dive package?
Can you clear up if tax is added into the price of a dive or not?

DWM website still shows $12 for a 80cf nitrox tank; 100cf tanks are available for $4.

I cannot edit the post because time has passed, but I would like to make a public apology and correction to Scuba Life. They have in fact obtained permits for their second boat Alana.

I believe the boat Julio Kin got from Papa Hogs is permitted (although needs some TLC), currently under repairs and he has been renting permitted boats.

You can ask a Mod.

Below is the updated spreadsheet of Coz dive ops. Included an op and rearranged a few things. Included a row for "Dive length - dives plan/comes up with group" but only have a few of those filled in, so anyone with some knowledge about that or anything else, please let me know.
