St Andrews jetties. My initial thinking was of a female Loggerhead, then looking at the pictures I had some doubts.
 
Pretty sure it is a female loggerhead. I think your first impression was correct.
 
She looks very old but at the same time she is not big, the size of an average hawksbill. The last female loggerhead that I've seen that close (in Riviera Maya) was 1.5-2 times bigger but still looked brand new:

Definitely not a green and I think its not a loggerhead.
Might be a very old hawksbill.
