Yeah I bought stuff off them like 2 years ago (Tecline sidemount BCD, spring straps and a few other things) - v long delivery/wait times (like up to a month or more) but otherwise no problems, great prices and relatively good communication, although you have to poke them occasionally - but it seems from comments above that they may have gone downhill recently.
 
I tried placing an order shipped to Virginia USA, and at checkout I got a message that reads as follows;

My Paypal dispute was denied this morning. No reason was given. I filed an appeal. I still haven't heard back from Divestock.

Despite never getting your product?
What was the reason?
 
"The case was closed as it wasn’t a billing issue. You can appeal the outcome of this case on or before July 31, 2021 at 10:20:59 AM PDT."

How could it not be a billing issue? I canceled the order, never heard back from Divestock despite several emails, and never received a refund. I tried to get a refund through my bank as well but so far, no luck there. They told me to keep trying to contact Divestock.
 
I have used Divestock before, it appears they don't have items in stock but rather order them after you order them. It can take a while. My last order had not arrived after a few months and when I requested an refund I got a we are busy at the moment, will get back to you etc. After a few emails and a few weeks nothing. I did a PayPal dispute and was found in my favour but have lost the shipping (which is quite expensive). Have sent emails, messages on FB etc but no response. Best to avoid Divestock which is based in Estonia.
 
I ordered from 4 months ago the order is canceled no refunded till now and they blocked my mail (divestock) how can i get back my money ?!

Thank you for your email and so sorry for the late reply, I was out of the office.
We would like to offer our deepest apologies for the trouble you had to experience with Divestock. This situation is not ordinary and these incidents are not typical of us. We are very serious when it comes to our client’s satisfaction and have a zero-tolerance policy in this respect. We do our best to complete the refunds as soon as possible, unfortunately, due to the errors and with the lack of personnel it just takes way more time than usually. We are very sorry that this happened with you.

Unfortunately, our new customer service agent sent out the wrong automatic email, inside the EU refunds are made within 7-14 working days.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause you, but we are hoping for your kind understanding.

Avoid at all costs, never delivered and never processed the refund after repeated requests. Always made excuses about IT issues. Lost over 325 euros. Received same email from Merilin. Please connect with the owners Tonis Lill (tonis@barrakuuda.ee) and (tonis@xwds.ee) cannot find email for Joni Petteri Kautto Maybe this will help. Trying through the CC but as it is over 180 days they are saying they cannot help.
