Looks like the tanks are mounted upside down and the regulator is just sitting there. I don't see a manifold.
Could be an old Siebe Gorman twinset:

Unbelievable you’re right. There’s something under her left arm wonder if that’s a pressure gauge?
 
In Australia it was Valerie Taylor when we were 'young and dumb and .... .. ...' , she was married to Ron , but we [young guys] never looked at Ron in the movies they made.

What I read years ago was The Taylor’s would write television scripts that would have the heroine do something like fall into a pool of sharks. The idea being few actresses of the day would do those stunts, thus generating more work for Valerie.

Valerie was on shark week or one of the shark shows this past year, still going strong!
