You have an early Mares MR12 III regulator. It has the uncommon first stage that was used earlier on the MR12 and MR12 III. You seldom see it with the. MR12 second stage that you have.
The reg is completely rebuildable, as all most of the parts are still available from Mares and outside vendors.
