- I learnt to dive in Koh Tao Thailand doing my OW, i liked the area so much i went back there for the last week of my holiday. In between i went to see a friend in Pattaya and decided to do my AOW there, this proved a good choice as conditions were less than perfect with very strong currents and limited vis on most dives. I thought this good training conditions and made me appreciate the calm high vis of koh tao even more.

Hi to everyone here. I only found diving in march 07 while on holiday in thailand, this is slightly anoying because for a few years i used to spend half of the year there and now all i can think about is "if only i had put those tanks on earlier!!!"
So a little about me, i live and work in the u.k and im fortunate to enjoy my job as an aircraft engineer. Basically that involves servecing and preparing the latest fighter planes for delivery to the british RAF.
Outside work i enjoy keeping fit by going the gym, walking my dog and my favourite unwind tool is a lovely big sportsbike that i love riding around the british countryside. I spent my 20's racing sports bikes at various race tracks in the u.k ireland and IOM so add my new found love of diving into the equation and i guess i am a thrill seeking individual!!Interact
