Hi, I'm going to Cozumel and staying at Occidental Hotel. I'm on the fence whether I'm going to dive with their dive shop or someone else. Did Occidental charge you a doc fee?

Hi, don't know what to tell you. There were a lot of people on DivePro's boat. Being a resort dive shop, likely many divers are rookies so if you can handle that then do it. And Occidental charged my Dive Op $4 USD a day. Made the captain get out of the boat and run to dive shop before they would let me step onto boat. Really awkward and stupid.
