    Dive History:
I have always been a fish out of water. My whole life I have always wanted to be in the water no matter what activity it was. I was fasinated by my Dad and his participation in the fire department and rescue dive team. He was actually a founding father of the team that I am now a member of. I grew up snorkeling everywhere I could but never found the time or money to get my cert. Took my open water freshman year in college. It made sense since I always loved the water and I attended a maritime college. Lots of ocean diving and some hull work. Lived in Fla. for 5 years but was too busy working to dive more than a few times a year. Moved back to CT and joined my FD and Dive Team. Regular team training year round and have worked most of our rescue/recover efforts. I still just the simple pleasure of diving and being in a totally different environment.
