I'm on my third dive trip now after purchasing my Cootwo, totally unsable on any of the trips. That was a lot fun trying to troubleshoot the app and loose battery halfway around the world in Truk. I would like to return this for a full refund.

Hi, I have been trying to get support for my recently purchased CooToo but have not seem to get the right connection. I have posted on the forum and asked questions on SB. I am not able to pair with my unit on my Android 6.0.1 phone and when I do it shows the pair but say's "BAD" above it. Thanks for any help.

      Hello Divenav,

I have installed virtual ocean onto my computer but I can't seem to connect to the server.
does the server have a time period or something? Also I can't seem to get onto your website either I don't know what the reason for this is because I managed to get onto it last night. If you could offer me any advice i would greatly appreciate it as I would like to try the eDive simulator out.
