I have a lot for sale on the south side bluff. It's about 2/3rds of an acre and is located in Skipper's Paradise, far away from the dump. We are listing it at $72,000US. Let me know if you are interested. If so, I can send you more information. We absolutely love the Brac, but my health needs to improve so I can get back to diving. Look forward to talking with you.

Nothing special. I usually cart my gear with me when I go on scuba trips.
After taking the PADI resort course a number of times since 1990, I finally got OW certified in 2001. This was a big issue between my wife and I since she was once a NAUI divemaster. We continue to have PADI versus NAUI discussions to this day. I also hold a USCG 50 ton master's license with steam, sail, and towing endorsement.

For my mid life crisis I decided to become Tec certified. I eventually completed the Tec Deep Instructor certification.

I would some day like to live in a place where you can actually see in the water and perhaps operate a dive boat.
