After taking the PADI resort course a number of times since 1990, I finally got OW certified in 2001. This was a big issue between my wife and I since she was once a NAUI divemaster. We continue to have PADI versus NAUI discussions to this day. I also hold a USCG 50 ton master's license with steam, sail, and towing endorsement.
For my mid life crisis I decided to become Tec certified. I eventually completed the Trimix Instructor certification.
I would some day like to live in a place where you can actually see in the water and perhaps operate a dive boat.Interact
