Starting diving in 1969. Worked a number of years diving abalone and sea urchins from California to SE Alaska. Had a small dive business in San Pedro, Cal doing work on yachts, lost item recovery, bottom cleaning etc. Have been diving from the Western Pacific to Mexico and the Bering Sea, Alaska. Mostly warm water travel diving now, with some cold water boat surveys/repairs thrown in. Most radical dive: Under a 165' trawler in the Bering Sea in 10-15' seas, water temp around 1^C, wedged up inside the Kort nozzle removing about 30' of 1-1/8" cable from the prop. It was a ride!
