      Good morning, I read that you've stay at Occidental Cozumel resort a few times. My brother and I are staying there in April. We just can't decide whether or not to dive with there shop or someone else. We are planning on doing 6 (2-tank) dives and would really only like to do reef dives. I read there is now a $3 pier fee. Please give me some advice.
