      Gavin,
Its a hit or miss. When u get to see the threshers & mantas on your first dive at Monad, then succeeding dives r bonuses. If not, u will want to go back to Monad, in case u get lucky this time. Some friends have been there a couple of times & seen nothing. I was lucky w/ theshers & devil rays, but no mantas. As for Pescador, its a whole different kind of diving experience for me. It's exhilating being engulfed in the eye of the sardine storm!! Was lucky to see a whaleshark. But ive had close encounters w/ d gentle giants in Donsol already. It would have been complete if Ive encountered a thresher on hunting mode w/ d sardines!! That would be the highlight!!

So, maybe do Malapascua first & depending on what you'll see, decide if u will do 4 days, or if lucky w/ threshers & mantas, u can move-on to MoalBoal after 3 days.

Enjoy your trip!! & see u when u get to Manila.

      Gavin,
Thanks for the nice words - indeed I'm a lucky dad. We have lot of time to spend together and we have same hobby.
They start swimming and snorkeling at 3 years old.; I hope your incoming trip will be a good time to more introduce your princess to Bunaken water during your surface time or just ask the resort to have somebody with her. Many location are very shallow, very fishy and good for snorkeling. I believe she will scream happily there. Kid learn very fast when they happy.
      Best regard
