    I am a 3rd generation Licensed New York State Optician. My connection with scuba is that my Dad Leonard Maggiore Jr. who was a diver in the late 1950's invented the prescription dive mask. I started going into work with Dad in 1969 as a very young man. I worked with Dad until his passing in 2013. I have relocated to Overland Park KS where I am carrying on Dad's work primarily through mail order.
    Working side by side with the man who has personally made more prescription dive than anyone else; that would make me the most experienced prescription dive mask person to date.
