From Phuket or Phi Phi, Koh Doc Mai is a nice wall dive with some light cave/cavern penetration. King Cruiser wreck just keeps getting better every year. Anemone Reef and Shark Point are world class. Closer to Phi Phi you have Koh Bida Nai and Koh Bida Nok. Very good. If the black tips are running, Palong Wall.

A couple of companies with fast boats day trip it but it's a looong day for just two dives, and not even in the best sites.

Hey Piyush. Joe here. Sorry, didn't see your message. Either are great that time of year. Phi Phi is accessible via day trips from Phuket. Phuket is more developed. If you stay on Phi Phi it's closer tot he diving but less amenities. Dive boats less luxurious. No roads. Similans is all livaboard diving.
