Sorry! I am just now getting this! I don't know why SB didn't send me an email like you get when you have a PM. Anyway-I hope you had a good couple of dives while you were here. I can't imagine diving in Lake Travis would be fun as a new diver, since you can't see anything with the water levels being so low.

      Hello one of several strangers,

You came up as a diver located in Austin, so you have the "luck" of receiving this message. I am trying to go diving on Sunday or Monday morning the 30th/31st of August but I need a dive buddy. I would be willing to go anywhere within ~30 miles of downtown austin where I will be staying, and would like to do two dives if possible. I'll have a car and have no problem driving people/equipment. My story: I'm a 27 y.o. guy from dallas, lived in austin for 3 years, now I'm in NYC and visiting folks in austin for a long weekend and I want to get my dive numbers up to participate in a program so i'm using every chance i get. I was certified about 1.5 years ago and have two logged dives, but i'm taking a refresher course this week. If you are eager to get wet but need somebody (albeit a tad bit rusty) to go with, please get back to me and I would love to set something up.

      Thank you!
