    The majority of my dives have been in Florida and the Bahamas. I worked on Grand Bahama and Andros for a total of 7 months in 2001, and for 2009 in Nassau. I also interned with DAN in Ft. Lauderdale in 2003. I taught during college in SoCal. Also been to New Zealand, Israel, Thailand, Cabo, TCI, Roatan, Guadalupe, Dumaguete, Costa Rica, Belize and a number of the Leeward Islands. I dive regularly in puget sound and at the Seattle Aquarium.
    Certification History:
    OW-Rescue ceritified in 1997. Instructor for PADI (2000) and NAUI (2003). UTD Essentials of Rec (2012), tech upgrade (2014) and Tech 1 (2017). No badges, but experience with drysuits and videography and photography. Certified for the Drager Dolphin, nitrox and gas blending, as well as expired certs as a VIP tech and Sherwood / Genesis reg/valve tech.

    I shoot a Canon 7D in a Nauticam housing, with Nauticam and Zen ports, dual Sea & Sea D1 strobes, and Light and Motion Sola 1200 video lights. I use the canon 100mm macro and tokina 10-17 as my primary lenses. My former camera rig was a Canon 350D in an Ikelite housing with twin DS-125 strobes. I used a Nikon D80 or Canon 50D with tokina 10-17 fisheye in Sea & Sea housings at Stuart Cove's. For strobes, I used some combination of Inon z240s, Sea & Sea YS-110as and YS-250s, with a preference for dual z240s or dual YS-250s. I also shot video with the Sony HDR-HC9 and the HDR-HC7, both in Gates housings.
