I am a marine biologist, shark advocate, professional videographer, educator, writer, photographer and lover of all things water. I grew up on the water in Maine and have wrapped my life around the ocean. My husband and I run a conservation media company called Oceanicallstars with sharks being the focal point. We travel the world to film, research and educate people about sharks. I founded Sharks4Kids in 2013 to provide students and teachers with educational materials about sharks and shark conservation. When not traveling, I write for numerous publications and spends as much time in the classroom educating students about shark conservation as I can. Website (www.sharks4kids.com)
