    Certification History:
there is more to the question of "highest certification level" than one might think - because there are at least three different categories of "Highest": depth / gas, overhead, and professional. Is an open water instructor 'higher' than a trimix diver? is a trimix diver 'higher' than cave diver? Does the agency matter? Is a low certification from one agency 'higher' than a high certification from another agency? happy pondering ;-)
