    Rebreather Experience:
I did my first dives as an uncertified diver in 1978 in Hawaii with a rig that had hoses over each shoulder and this bouancy vest that look striking like a maywest. Cant remember how many dives we did, but I remember diving through a small cave at a place called Sharks Cove. Way too cool.

Then I had children. I had my 2 daughters snorkeling at 5 years old in maui and every vacation since. In 2005 I was certified at a resort in Mexico, and while I got to dive, I realize the course could have been better. This year, my daughter decided she would also like to dive, so I redid the OWD course with her (it had been a year since my last dive, so I thought it couldnt hurt) She was nervous in the course, but by the end I think she too has been hooked. And now I have a dive buddy! :)

We plan on expanding our skills through training and some experience under a carefully guided hand and hope to entice the rest of the family to dive as well.
