  Hello Chairman,
  I'm promoting on Scubaboard an online auction for the NGO I work for. The items are diving related for the most part. I've already published it on the marketplace section, but given that the NGO I work for is Filipino and the ideal target audience would be Filipino divers I was wondering if it would be possible to duplicate the post in the Philippines sub-forum?

  I saw the balancing boards you plan to use in your canister. They are good for balancing while charging, but they only act when you reach 4.2V at a cell. I had the idea that you would take out the cells to charge them individually?
