Thanks and I will, I'm looking forward to it more and more everyday. I'm also finally going to get to try out all that equipment I bought back in December... :)
I'll try and keep everyone posted on how it goes.

Well I had my first class today. As far as the class went it was pretty good. But I have a question is it typical to feel like crap afterward. I'm tired, alittle sore, my sinues and ears are drianing like a mad man. Just a typical over all feeling of ugh. So it this just me or is this pretty normal.

I would say it is pretty normal. I was accustomed to the water when I started
my OW training but I was surprised how I felt after my pool sessions. You are
in a new experience using muscles in a different way and descending in a pool
on scuba is much different than free diving to the bottom. Not to mention the
fact that you live in Ky. and the pool probably released allot of congestion you
may have started with. Remember to equalize early and often!!! Practice your
equalizing before class, pinch your nose, pressurize your ears and move your
jaw forward and breathe. Teach those tubes to equalize!

Thanks for the info. Still have some muscle soreness today, mostly in my calfs. But other than that I feel ok. I'm glad that's it's pretty normal and that it's mostly isolated to the pool. If I had to feel like that after every dive. I might seriously reconsider diving...

Hang in there , it gets better. The large surface area of the fin and the
resistance of the water does give your legs a work out. I don't ride a bike,
but if I were to go out and do a couple of miles I'm sure I would have some
aches and pains. Try doing some squats every day or some laps in the pool
with your fins.
