You can take lobster in the Caymans but the season is incredibly short, like November to January. Not sure of the exact dates or requirements. I know that non-Caymanians are not particularly encouraged to harvest from the sea.

I know you can't spear in the Caymans, but can you take lobsters? If so what is the season?
You might as well get over the idea that you might want to take lobster in the Caymans. Very tight rules, very few licenses given out even in season, very few places that you can take lobsters even with a license and you cannot take anything on scuba (as ian said). Only freediving. And very harsh penalties if caught not observing the law.
