Current Keys bottom temps?

Hi all...

I'm headed off to dive the Speigel Grove and the Duane this weekend, and I realized that I didn't know what kind of wetsuit(s) to bring along!

Has anyone been down there recently? What were the bottom temps like?

One of the buoy readings I got from the Internet said that the water was 80 degrees the other day, and that seems a bit much for this time of year. I thought I'd ask for "real world" tempatures...

Low to mid 70s.

Was just down there week before last. Water temps were in the mid 70's range. I took a 3 mil full suit and was perfect. FYI....the Grove ROCKS!!!

I tried to dive the speigel grove and the duane on Saturday. No dice. 5 - 7 foot seas, heavy winds and rain.

Bottom temps on the reefs I ended up diving were 77 - 79.
