Has anyone actually tried to contact UK directly?
I tried to contact them about a flooded light, through both the form on their website and email and have received nothing from them.
 
I've had no luck with electronic contact to them. I've had good luck with dealing with them on the phone. I think Underwater Kinetics' number is 800.852.7483
