New to Long Beach, diving Catalina

Looking to dive Catalina next weekend, and need a buddy. If interested, let me know. No responses means I'll probably wind up in Laguna on a couple of guided dives. Did LaJolla yesterday, nil visibility and the only wildlife seen was shark fins when surfaced (if my eyes weren't playing tricks...)
