Does anyone sell spares for the Olmeva compressors I contacted Italy but they have still not replied after 1 month of non stop emails. I need reed valve for the 1st stage compact 6.

Any info would be much appreciated. Great little comp turns out 100l/m but support service being Italian is a shame.

I think it is just a rebadged Coltri MCH6, so parts should be the same. PM rcontreas (Ray) and ask him. He is a distributor and the local SB guru on all things Coltri.

The Olmeva is not a Coltri Sub.

i agree it not a coltri mch 6
from the spares / parts manual for olmeva i have
its a very very close copy of a coltri mch6
the crank case unit looks to be the same.
cooler pipes, cooling fan & filter system are not the same as a mch6.
also the final stage cylinder is not the same.
Try also to look at compair compact 5403. i have parts/maintenance manual
its the same 100%
any one else think the all came from the same factory?

They sure bear a striking resemblance to one another. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they were produced at the same factory. There must be some interchangability if this is the case.

A year ago, at Scubatoys, Ray said that the Olmeva was "basically a Coltri". I don't see it. A few pieces may have been borrowed according to Windyair. That happens a lot. I mean, Alkin borrowed stuff when designing their small compressor. Aerosub says that their compact 6 compressor is based on a time tested design. However, the compact 6 with auto shutoff has a price of E3500 which is more than the Bauer Junior. FYI, Olmeva also makes a 5 cfm, four stage portable compressor. It is called an "8.4" (8.4 m3/hr). Olmeva states that they have been manufacturing machinery parts since 1958 and that Olmeva brand compressors are manufactured in their factory.

O.L.ME.VA began businnes as far back as 1958 in Brescia with 10 employees, specialising in precision working processes.
The company expanded progressively by taking over two other analogous production units and by enlarging the business to the field of connecting rods and crank shafts (NUOVA MAZZUCCHELLI), forming a group with over 200 employees.
In 1971, in line with its own specific needs and having the technology necessary, in house, it began the production of high pressure compressors sold under trade-mark AEROSUB.
Our young innovative staff which is open to every suggestion and request from costumers and users has allowed the trade-mark O.L.ME.VA-AEROSUB to become known and to progress way beyond the wildest expectation.
Our customers, found in more than 30 countries throughout the world know us and appreciate us for our serious and correct approach, as well as for the undisputed quality of the product.
