Now what is most interesting is the not the average age bit what people are doing by decade - are we diving or paying our mortgages? diving or educating the rug-rats? Here's the numbers (yes, we added up about 30 of these pages, then we did get a bit bored):

divers under 20: 30
divers 20 -29: 69
divers 30 - 39: 102
divers 40 - 49: 84
divers 50 - 59: 87 or 22%
over 60: 15
over 70: 2

Who-hoo! and for the record, we are over the half century too!
 
I'm 60 years old, taking up the sport more seriously since I retired. I'm starting with a recertification.
