I've done about 30' off a helo, only hurt for a couple of days.
 
Don't you just hate it when you mask fogs up and you find yourself stumbling around looking for the truck... :D
 
First time I did one of about 6 ft., I learned real quick to modify my technique..... ! Good thing it was after I had kids.
 
Giant stride into the Temple of Doom cenote is about like that.
 
Many years ago, I had to do one from about 2/3 of the height in the picture-and there was a split rail fence at the edge- that we had to climb over -in full gear, hold onto, then "stride".
Ouch!
Fortunately, the exit "only" involved walking/crawling over lava rocks/coral/concrete.
