I went with DWM because I wanted to travel light and use their gear. I stayed at Villa Blanca and they picked me up every day. 6/09-7/09
With DWM the equipment was fine and I had no problems with air - But I do use air slowly. The air is a personal thing that YOU are responsible for as a certified diver. You check it before you leave the boat and during your dive. If you start with a lower PSI you need to either tell the DM and have them change tanks, or if you know you will come up with lots of air it is not a problem.
In open water air is not as big of a concern than "cave diving- cenotes" But if their is a leak it is usually not a problem that cannot be fixed. Yes you may lose a dive, but not more-your life.
DWM has it's flaws like all operations. We are human and mistakes can happen. Overall I think they are good and try to work with you as much as possible.
I wasn't all ways happy with the divers I was grouped with, but when they saw my diver level they let me "dive my way".
I would dive with them tomorrow if I was in Cozumel.
