Is that the one I was asking about? Thanks for blowing it up if it is -- looks like a Painted Wrasse juvenile to me.

Does it have grouper/seabass eye (triangular) or round?
 
No question a wrasse, Halichoeres- where and what depth was this photo taken? there are lots of species in various oceans...

yes, in the northern GOM a nice Halichoeres caudalis, you have some unusual fish up there!
