What else is there to do on Grand Bahama besides dive?

Hi all - we're going to Grand Bahama tomorrow (Thanksgiving) for the weekend. We are going to do the dolphin dive with Unexso on Saturday but we aren't sure what else to do on the island. Also, the weather may not cooperate for diving. Does anyone have any favorite non-diving activities on the island? Thanks!
