I got several offers by companies I emailed that were within a few hundred dollars of my goal, including offers from ScubaBasics, DiveRightInScuba, and Divers-Supply, but ultimately....

The winner with a counter offer that was able to work out a deal to BEAT my request is Joe from Scubatoys.
