Going, going, almost gone

I'm leaving on Saturday to Martinique, which is about the cheapest option with good diving in the Caribean for anyone coming from Europe.

First time, and happy as they come!

Passing my 3* CMAS (to show only when in France where they are prone to grumbling in front of a PADI card), sunshine, some sightseeing, and anything else will be a bonus!

Carribean...my dream place..heaven for divers..I'd like to go there too..but isnt it quite costly? any advice?
